Credit/debit cards used for reservation guarantee will be authorized for the amount of first nights plus tax on day of arrival. If the card is declined, the hotel will release the reservation. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline there will be no refund for the 1 night. Hotel requires 100.00 USD incidental/deposit per reservation. Hotel is 100 percent smoke-free. Seasonal pool is open approximately May through October from 10AM to 10PM. All pre-paid and Cash paying guests are required 100.00 USD deposit.(Expedia,Hotels.com, Priceline, Orbitz, Travelweb, Agoda or other third-party Reservation). Our parking lot does not accommodate bus, trailer or large truck parking. We do not rent to locals. Release Deposit on Card takes 5 to 7 Business days.
